HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order.
Please provide us with your order number, and reason you for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request, if approved, you will receive further instructions
Returned item(s) must be in good condition, and in the same condition that they were received in. Stains, broken seals, or damaged goods will not be accepted for return. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable items include any items purchased through retailers, incorrect products, or damaged products through customer handling.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) ARRIVE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will review your request. Video/Images are suggested to help further review the request.

Please include all of the following information:
- Order Number
- Proof of purchase
- Video/Photo Proof of faulty product (if applicable)
- Delivery Address
- Contact Phone Number
In some cases you may be required to include video or photo proof that the item is defective upon arrival in order to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG WILL RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
All processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the day we receive the return. Once your item is received we will email you to confirm.
For returned items: A full refund will be credited for only defective products. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
All Returns are subject to a $4.95 re-stocking fee per item.
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact email@example.com and request order modifications, change of address, or cancellations. After 12 hours, your order can no longer be modified or cancelled.
A processing and transaction fee will be applied for FULL ORDER cancellations (25% of your total order value)
For partial cancellation, (25% of product value) fee will take place
